Justin was the unofficial sidekick of Dr. Fredricson. He looked up to the doc as a mentor and even a father figure. Like the doctor, Justin was also a mystery, since he personally erased all information on himself in order to complete his agenda. He was, however, partly responsible for the creation of Dew, and more precisely, her program.

When the doctor was murdered by one of his own creations, Justin began to venture out on his own, becoming the head of Eagleeye Technologies and planning for the future . . . plotting to take revenge on the woman who murdered his father: his own mother!!
